I had the privilege of visiting Lurie Children's Hospital this past weekend as an independent card maker for a Cardz for Kidz card making event. I had a wonderful time helping children design and create cards for their inpatient siblings. It always amazes me when the simplest items, combined with love, can brighten everyone's life. This is truly a dedicated organization.
