Review for Arabian Rescue Mission Inc, Leitchfeild, KY, USA
Terri has been a member of the horse & Arabian community in our area for as long as I can remember! I remember as a small child watching her show her horses in competitions and now she is giving the greatest gift possible back to these majestic, noble animals by continually rescuing, rehabbing & re-homing them. When the horses previous "owners" toss them aside like trash, Terri is always there to pick them up, get them back on their feet & loved again & sees to it that they find new loving forever homes where they will never have to wonder when and if they will see food or light again!!!! I was amazed at how easily she agreed to take in a little Arabian gelding that I found at a kill pen - she networked & fundraised for his bail, and I was able to contribute some bail money & picked him up & delivered him to Terri safe & sound! He was free from that darkness & stench of the kill pen that made me cry myself to sleep that night.....And now....he is a beautiful young man that is going to make someone an incredible little horse when they find him a new home! The Arabian Horse Rescue Mission is a dedicated rescue that keeps the horses in their first sight, and all the hard work in their second sight!!! Way to go everyone, and thank you for being a safe landing pad for our beloved equines! Michelle

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
The way they care for and rehab the horses no matter what their needs!
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
The love they have for the horses & willingness to go to the extremes to save them!
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
ohhhh...the possibilities!!!! Maybe put a giant dent in the horse slaughter pipeline..... OR... Set up a humane euthanasia fund & facility for those owners who dont know what else to do but send their horses to auction??
