I am a basketball coach and I bring my entire team to train with Coach Ally and Coach Greg. My teams have been going there for 4 years now and I've watched my Seniors get picked up by college coaches because they got an advantage by getting stronger and better prepared for sport by listening to these coaches! They really know what they're doing! And they made it possible for my kids who couldn't afford it. They are good people with good intentions.
