Volunteering with FIRST has been the most rewarding experience. You get to see the immediate impact your volunteer role has on the program/ youth. Whether you volunteer at a competition or work directly with a team as a mentor, the experience is so gratifying. All skill levels are welcome, you don't have to be technical to have a meaningful role or to create impact. Having the opportunity to work with the youth at FIRST is inspiring and makes me feel optimistic about our future!
