This is the single best charity for horses in the state of West Virginia! They have dedicated volunteers that help clean, feed, and rescue horses in need. However, there is always more horses in need of rescue - so their job is never truly done. They do an amazing job with the resources on hand and it is unbelievable how many horses they have saved and put into forever homes. I can't rate this charity high enough.
