CCFW has embarked on a bold commitment to help end poverty, one family at a time. We are most impressed with their "hand up" rather than "hand out" approach to programs. Their work to eradicate poverty and transform our community is innovative and has created hope for thousands. Their goal is large, but their plan and execution has them making a real difference in numerous families across the US.
