The National Society of Collegiate Scholars is one of the biggest blessings of my life. I am the incoming Vice President of my local chapter at Lone Star College-University Park, and I have been so impressed by the society. I’m so excited to fulfill my position this fall and I’m ready to take advantage of all of the good experiences and resources that they offer. When I first was getting emails asking me to join NSCS I was on the fence because I was already in the Honors college at the Tomball branch. However when I really did my research I immediately applied and got into the program. Stripping away all the great experiences and people, this looks really good on student CVs and they offer ridiculous scholorships which may be just enough to help us graduate almost dept-free. If you are looking to help students and your community through a charity, this is the one to which you should donate. Thank you!
