Unique charity that trains rats to detect mines and also TB! For a relatively small amount of money per month you can sponsor a named hero rat and get regular updates on their progress. Many of the countries involved have been left with fields full of unexplored ordnance that endangers the local population. The hero rats are too light to set off the mines. Their sensitive noses are also invaluable for detecting TB in sputum samples. The rats are well cared for and like other service animals seem to enjoy their work. I have only good things to say...a unique way to tackle two problems that have a devastating impact on communities...go on sponsor a hero 🐀🐾
