I am currently taking CERES nutrition classes in Sonoma Valley Health Center and I am fascinated by the knowledge, experience and practicality of the instructors. They thought me so much about healthy eating and healing through food in 1 hour than I have known in years. I can’t say enough about this program.Thank you.
