A fantastic place to spend the day, the night and/or the weekend! Watching the animals enjoy their habitats and enrichment is awesome! We love watching BamBam the grizzly bear enjoy his pool and seeing all the tigers play with their boomer balls is so much fun. BUT my favorite thing is staying overnight and listening to the lions carol. This is truly an amazing place!

We love Turpentine Creek! The staff and interns are so passionate about their animal residents and they dedicate themselves to providing a wonderful forever home for each of their animals. Each visit offers new educational opportunities, whether it’s a guided tour or a habitat side chat, you learn about the animals and what can be done to help make a difference. And nothing can beat hearing the lions carol ‘chat’, especially when staying in the lodging available on sight. We will definitely visit again, and again, and again!!
