Edu-GIRLS is a very committed organization determined to make a difference to the lives of poor and underprivileged girls living in slums and laboring under very difficult circumstances. These girls live in abject poverty and have to struggle to even get a very basic education. Edu-GIRLS takes steps to locate and follow up the educational development of such deprived children. Not only does Edu-GIRLS sponsor all aspects of the girls' education, including tuition fees, books, clothes, etc., it also goes the next step to ensure that the girls obtain skills to ensure that they get jobs or are self employed. In other words Edu-GIRLS support these girls till they become financially independent. Knowing the challenges that these girls face, such as illiterate parents, Edu-GIRLS also tries to counsel the parents. The leadership of Edu-GIRLS are committed, motivated and compassionate when dealing with the life challenges that the poor face. This is a very laudable quality in today's society.
