I greatly enjoy being a part of NSCS because it gives me an opportunity to connect with the community in a way that I would not have been able to on my own. I spent my entire sophomore year of college volunteering at the local elementary school and it was amazing being about to learn from and with the students. NSCS allows its members to gain real experience by interacting with real individuals.
