My Nonprofit Reviews

I take a group of at risk youth up to Sanctuary One during the school breaks and it amazes me everytime the take aways that these youth get from being on the farm for a few hours. They leave the farm with good spirits and wanting to come back. Most the these kids do not know each other, but when they are on the farm they learn about each other and themselves and develop relationships while doing impactful work. The staff are great at their jobs and help these youth learn more about the land and animals in their community. It is a fun way to get the kids out of their day to day worries and help them connect.
