Review for Global Links, Pittsburgh, PA, USA
Global Links is an amazing organization. With a small dedicated staff and well-managed volunteers, they retrieved and sent 34 shipping containers of usable medical equipment to serve the health needs of poor citizens around the world. This highly-focused recycling program is extraordinary. Global Links staff make visits to donating and receiving hospitals, communicate directly with hospital administrators, doctors and surgeons to determine precisely what is needed. This organization represents the best in environmental protection coupled with improved healthcare worldwide. They are terrific!
