Two weeks before I was scheduled to stay at Creacon Wellness Retreat, I was informed that I had high cholesterol and plaque in my arteries. It was strongly suggested that I immediately change my diet to a low cholesterol and plaque removing diet. I contacted Creacon and they immediately understood and designed a special food plan that was incredible. It was delicious and helped lower my cholesterol and plaque numbers significantly. I looked forward to every meal because I had no idea of what they would serve but it was all 5 star!
