It is truly amazing the time, love and energy this group puts in for these beautiful Golden Retrievers. This breed is lucky to have such advocates. They continuously check the shelters for goldens to rescue. Some are turned in by their owners because the families cannot provide the time and attention required or they simply cannot afford the medication they need. It is very sad.

The Golden Retriever Club of Greater Los Angeles Rescue does just what their name says...rescues these precious dogs; young and old, healthy and not so healthy.

Those who have adopted rescued pets know that the rescue group's priority is to make sure these dogs are healthy and placed with a responsible and loving family.
