Review for The Feline Rescue Association, Inc., Owings Mills, MD, USA
They took in 1 kitten I found with no questions asked. They also rescued a cat I found in a blizzard. Came out in dangerous conditions to make sure he was safe and warm. Wonderful and caring people.
