I was introduced to this non-profit through our Chaplin at Shalom Christian Academy, John Smith. He spoke to chapel of his association with Orphan's Tree and it's mission. It interested me three years ago when I first heard of the group and was so blessed to make a trip to Ivanovo this summer from June 6-15.
I was involved in the English Camp group which was super well organized and planned out with thorough lessons....thanks to Sue Marshall. All the Ministry Center volunteers were friendly, kind, and welcoming. The translators were super and very patient with us. The trip and experience were a blessing to me.
