The Sandy Hook Promise Foundation is one of the most effective and efficient charities I have ever come across. $1 raised educates 1 child (or educator) to recognize signs of violence BEFORE it happens - so action can be taken to save lives. It was an honor to be part of the the Sandy Hook Promise 2016 TCSNYCMARATHON team to raise money for this cause.
