Review for Military Heritage Foundation dba Army Heritage Foundation, Carlisle, PA, USA

Rating: 5 stars

The soldier's story is told in an individual way through historical presentations, research and public events and displays. As the country has grown in size and diversity, the story of the millions of people who have provided service and dedication should be learned by each generation. The Military Heritage Foundation does that every day of the year.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

As a retired soldier I appreciate the MHF telling young people the history of our nation and the defense of freedom ongoing. My Dad was in WWII andmy niece current wars. The past and present need to be remembered by young and old. Thanks.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Grow broader beyond the region to educate more groups and individuals nationally and internationally.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

Outdoor educational events.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

focused and pleasant.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Educate to a national and international audience. Through understanding our history, the role of defense, the US in the world and relationships with other peoples can grow.

Ways to make it better...

I read more before the event.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

broadening audience, maintianing current information and outreach.

One thing I'd also say is that...

This is a vital mission and in its own way, saves lives!
