Education is a vital part of empowering women and girls, and providing them with access to educational opportunities is Mujeres de Maiz Opportunity Foundation's mission. I appreciate that the foundation focuses on one area where it can have an impact. I am happy to support the foundation's work.

A friend introduced me to Mujeres de Maiz because of my work with women and girls overseas. MdM gives more value for the donation than any I’m aware of. And their work is first rate. Grassroots efforts are the most effective in creating change, and empowering women and girls is the most effective means.
