Back in 2015 I picked up an injured juvinille red tailed hawk had to keep it for two days till I found badger run they excepted (modoc) as they named him... with open arms they fixed him up reabilitated him then when time came they released (modoc) back to his home only up higher away from traffic and big rigs this time and he is still flying safely somewhere up there for I go check on (modoc) yet today just in case he gets in trouble again ...I also called them on a baby fawn in 2016 but there hands were tied legly so they could not help me save the little thing but also have never seen a sign of it since so not sure what ever became of the tinny little thing
