Very rude. My mom had to repeatedly call them and they couldn't even find our application. I understand being picky about some things but I could hear this woman's (I guess the manager) voice snapping at my mom telling her our dog was aggressive (she was not) and other stuff. Talking all kind of stuff about our dog about how Cocker Spaniels don't do well with other dogs and are typically jealous when it comes to other dogs. Basically talking down to us rather than kindly turning us down which wouldn't have been a problem. At that point it was clear our application was thrown away. I now have a dog from the humane society and she is doing perfectly fine with the other dog. PS the dog I wanted to adopt is STILL on their website almost half a year later.
