The owners of this place have declared bankruptcy, the non profit status was revoked, they seek donations all over the place all the time yet travel for events and fun, they breed their own dogs, most of their dogs are not even Border Collies, they take dogs from out of state when they claim to be out of fosters, the first 5 star review on here is an owner...that should tell you almost everything you need to know.
