Jessica and her team are working miracles in a very un-progressive area of WV where human lives are often dismal. They take animals that need extensive medical care or are old or disabled and make them whole again. Then they find rescues in the north east to take them. Standards are meticulous for rescues so these animals are leaving southern WV where they are considered disposable to find homes where they will have good food and shelter and vet care the rest of their lives. This is a very deserving rescue.
