Hello, my name is Deirdre and an Animal Advocate, mostly for the Wolf. My visits to WAS have always been enjoyable, especially when I bring my 2 grandsons. The variety of wild animals is amazing. For some, this could be their first time seeing such animals which most of the time are in zoos with bars. That's what is special about WAS --- there are no bars, just land for these wild creatures to roam and live in peace. I did volunteer, briefly, at WAS, standing on the Walkway near the Wolves in case anyone had a question. And I am thinking about volunteering again once I retire.
