Some time ago, my family purchased a pup and within months of having it in our home, we had to relocate and taking the young pup was not an option. Frantic, we called DUR and within ours they showed up to take the young pup. It was traumatic for the children, but they were so caring that it calmed my children's concerns that the puppy would be taken care of. In fact, they sent pics weeks later of the pup in its new home!! They are an outstanding organization and have heard nothing but great things about them since.
