The focus of TWAS has and always will be the well being of the rescued animals. It is amazing to see them from above on the overhead walkway and to learn their stories. TWAS promotes education regarding captive wild animals. Their work is possible because of the dedicated, hardworking volunteers who are attracted by their mission. It's an honor to support TWAS.

The Wild Animal Sanctuary is an amazing refuge for wild animals who have been mistreated as entertainment and/or "pets". For 39 years, Pat Craig has been a champion for the animals and has remained true to the Mission of educating the public to the reality and rescue captive exotic and endangered large carnivores that have been abused and creating a space that is dedicated to these animals and to education - not entertainment. Sometimes TWAS management has had to make "unpopular" decisions to ensure the well being of the animals. He and the TWAS team work tirelessly creating specialized environments, feeding, vetting and recuing these deserving beings. It is my pleasure to donate to TWAS whenever my finances permit.
