I joined the Last Litter volunteers in August of 2018. I have never known more selfless advocates for dog mamas, puppies and others in need. Kelly Barker works tirelessly sacrificing much, including her own funds and her health at times. She took in abandoned mamas, who had to be coaxed out from under trailers or in the desert. She is a most caring spirit and I am so glad I came to know of them and be associated with them. She continues to work without letting anything stop her. A most deserving Person for this award!
