Review for Koginka Sewaluna Foundation Inc., Asheville, NC, USA

Rating: 5 stars

The service of the Koginka Sewaluna Foundation is a very fascinating thing. While I’ve only been coming to events for a handful of years, I now walk with a strong knowledge of how the Earth will be repaired, man's general role in the environment, and a greater sense of my own.
From initial contact with the founders, I knew that I would deeply invest my life into assisting them with their mission and I recognized how critical their work is for my own.
Since that time, in 2011, I have taken part in some years of direct mentorship with the founder Mama Nuiyuan and anyone who has seen my life then vs now would say some kind of miracle has occurred.

I am not afraid to say that I have been a terrible person in my life, and I feel much more myself now, much more aligned with my role in nature, and capable of handling the rather serious challenges life continually has to offer.
The way Mama Nuiyuan, Beatriz, and others involved with the foundation conduct themselves is incredibly inspiring and they are always strong reminders of what it means to be totally whole, unbroken, and walking with dignity. I highly recommend the foundation to those interested in “walking the heavenly way,” and also if there is empathy with the traditional wisdom of the Kogi culture and to other indigenous peoples living with the original wise ways. All that they do is incredibly original and fresh. From my perspective, anyone interested in healing, environmental stewardship, and spirituality will receive more than they could ever expect in reciprocity for what they give.
The founders operate a Holistic Healing practice and Education center, too, which I cannot say enough good things about. The founders and close associates offer and provide more and more every year, and their example and reflection has inspired me to give and frequently wonder how I can better align my purpose and service with theirs.
