An extraordinary organization. EndCAN recognizes that unlike every other pediatric and adult health problem which has improved dramatically over the past 50 years, child abuse is stuck. They are approaching the problem as a health, mental health and public health issue -- not a social issue and legal issue alone. Child Welfare and Law Enforcement have had a 50 year run at eliminating child abuse and have failed. They have mobilized adults survivors throughout the US, organizing walks, to give voice to those who have never had a voice before.
