Middletown NY, Thrall Library- This Library is very HOT!!! especially upstairs in the children's section. They have the windows open, which is very dangerous because a child can fall out of the window. I was told that they have A/C but, they cut in on when the director says to cut it on. This is crazy because THIS IS A PUBLIC LIBRARY which means the public tax money keeps it open so, why do we (Patrons) have to suffer because the director doesn't want to put on the A/C. My kid loves the library and is discouraged because it's too hot. If I could rate this place a zero, I would.
