I have had the please of serving on the Board of NICA for over a decade and am so proud of the high caliber and passionate staff, the enormous number of volunteers and parents that help the organization meet it's mission, the amazing network of coaches, and most importantly the impact that has been made on the student-athletes and the communities. Very excited to continue to grow NICA to capture the increasing demand for this wonderful organization.
