A real pleasure to witness the reuniting of owners with their beloved horses gone missing. SHI is a non-profit with limited resources committed to the mission of contributing and providing resources to solve crimes that otherwise often go overlooked. Debi is the selfless energy behind SHI and rarely receives the accolades earned. That-a-Girl Debi! Whenever possible SHI is there to help, and I appreciate your commitment!

I have watched SHI return joy to fractured lives and put bad guys behind bars. SHI provided the first serious investigation into stolen horses and reliable network leading to recovery.
