Review for Holmes County Education Foundation, Millersburg, OH, USA
Higher education is expensive, and especially for high school students it is a daunting undertake to research, apply, and fund their schooling. The Holmes County Education Foundation has been very supportive and helpful throughout the entire process; they make themselves visible and approachable to students. While I would have gone to college without the help of the Foundation, it has been a great solid rock of reassurance for me that people do want you to succeed.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
I myself have gratefully received scholarship money, as have many of my friends who wanted and did pursue higher education.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Add more scholarships! I understand the Foundation takes donations and that the general public must be one to fund it, but, as they say, the more the merrier! Continue with the aggressive Facebook presence!
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
The relief of financial burden lifting slightly off my shoulders.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
The staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to my frantic email inquiries.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Help more Holmes County students better themselves by creating more scholarships.
Ways to make it better...
I would have worked more diligently with the Foundation to find outside scholarships.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
Finding generous people and organizations to donate money.
One thing I'd also say is that...
I love the Foundation, and if I ever am financially able...I want to donate my own money to Holmes County students!
