BCRS takes in "hopeless" cases, cats who have led lives on the streets that can only be described as horror stories. BCRS will treat any illness, provide a secure forever home, for any cat they take in. They spread into the world the concepts of compassion and commitment to the most helpless cats in the country. This philosophy drew me in and I have been a supporter for years.
