PAALS was just the right fit for me when I retired from the military. I was looking for a way to help veterans while also involving my love of animals. I can't believe what a difference a volunteer makes in helping these dogs become 'life changers'! With each dog that I help to learn their skills, I become a part of their history of service to others in need.
