Although the idea uniting Russian American Jews and taking a trip to Israel with classes that help provide background is good, RAJE still needs tons of work. Always cutting corners, not fully disclosing info and organization is quite lacking. The organization and timing of things is terrible - constantly late for classes, skip/delay BARRs,late on releasing online content, loose assignments/essays and do not keep track of completion of assignments.They advertise the program for non-religious Jews when in reality their intent is to turn everyone religious. I would not recommend for anyone that is easily influenced.... they are really good at what they do and your sons/daughters may become super religious. They advertise they are better than Birthright but with Birthright at least you know what you are getting into and that they are a reliable organization. I would be cautious about taking part in this organization.
