I am so appreciative of your help. I ran into so many hurdles trying to get help with this matter and it seems that you and your organization were the only ones truly there for me. I am truly grateful for how fast you responded, and keeping me informed. I suffer from anxiety amongst other things, so you have relieved me from more than just a financial burden. I actually cried last night when I got your email because I didn't know where else to turn, and there you were. Thank you so much being for me and the countless other veterans who needed you.
