Yellow Ribbon Fund has been a wonderful support system and network for me as a caregiver since my husband started dealing with his diagnosis and the medical board. YRF understands the struggle of a caregiver when it comes to social outings and navigating the demands and difficulties that come along with the lifestyle. My husband and I are both grateful for the events that are offered that allows me to have a social life and get out of the house to spend time with people who understand and appreciate the lifestyle of the military family. The DC YRF is genuinely a wonderful resource for caregivers and their wounded warriors.
