Review for NatureServe, Arlington, VA, USA
Naturserve's rankings of species and ecosystems form the backbone of our rankings for the BC Conservation Framework, which provides direction and priorities for conservation activities in British Columbia. Without the dedication and commitment of this ENGO to this hightly credible and continuingly improved system, the basic core of our program would not be credible. Kudos to the entire program!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
by working with the outputs of thier program on a nearly daily basis.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
try to find the resources to maintain their programs and expand it to include the marine environment, and allow them to update their assessments more frequently. In an era of climate change frequent risk assessments would be a valuable monitoring tool.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
excellent science, truly committed staff, excellent service.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
committed, eager to help, committed to learning and improving.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
monitor biodiversity changes in the face of a rapdily changing planet
Ways to make it better...
if this ENGO was adequately resourced
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
$
One thing I'd also say is that...
