This organization is great. I have tried all types of different organizations to help me deal with my PTSD and other issues I was dealing with after a 21 year career in the military. None of the organization I tried were a good fit for me, then I discover Veterans Overcoming Obstacles (VO2). The connection with the fellow members of this organization is incredible. Sharing our resources and what has and hasn't work for us. On top of that the program utilizes fitness to help improve both physical and mental fitness.
