After winter blahs and treatment woes, I was in somewhat of a slump, but this past weekend I attended the Wellness Retreat given by Stength for Life and facilitated by Debbie and Theresa. I am now inspired and motivated to start exercising again and choose healthy foods for better nutrition. Thank you Debbie and Theresa, and all the others who were responsible for such an amazing weekend!
