Review for Mountaineer Spay Neuter Assistance Program, Morgantown, WV, USA

I rescued a kitten when we already had 3 other cats. MSNAP allowed me to provide a warm loving home without stress of affording neuter to a kitten that may not have survived otherwise. I appreciate all they do!
