I have been with the mentoring network since second grade I've had the same mentor all these years. I'm a junior in high school and I recently move but my mentor still comes and gets me on Wednesday and we go get coffee/water and talk. The mentoring network has been great for me. I am glad I have the mentor I do because when I need advice she has it, and if my family is going through a rough time she helps us through it. I see how many kids just like me have been helped by the mentoring network and it's amazing. Through the activities we all participate in I have met so many great people. Without this network that wouldn't have happened. When I graduate and get my life together I would very much like to be a mentor to a young kid just like me. I wanna make a difference in the world and this group has made a huge difference
