There are many great non profits in Pittsburgh. This is not one of them. Upper management is disorganized and ineffective. There are major issues in how staff treat the teens they are supposed to be helping. DO NOT CONTRIBUTE to this organization. Your money will never be used to help a youth, but will be used to pay management’s wages.
