Review for SPCA of Texas, Dallas, TX, USA
These people are not only angels, but they are talented, experienced, and skilled at evaluating and rehabilitating the neglected and abused furry souls that they rescue. 4 years ago I adopted a Rottweiler-Shepherd mix that had been rescued from a deplorable situation, emaciated and very fearful of people to the point he would not make eye contact, with a fear of small confined spaces to the extent had difficulty walking through doorways and would not get in a vehicle for transportation. They worked with him for a couple months, taught him to sit and motivated by food, he learned to bond. On their recommendation, I chose him. When I adopted him, he continued to gain weight, learned to jump into my truck, and is now a 95 lb lap baby. He's the sweetest most loving and well behaved dog I've every owned. THANK YOU to the staff at SPCA of TX for seeing his potential, helping him overcome his issues and choosing him for me. Ya'll are the BEST.
