The Fallbrook Healthcare Foundation Inc (dba Foundation For Senior Care) is a unique service enameling seniors to live productive independent lives. Through door to door transportation and on site Care Advocates Seniors have a family of people who assist them in living productive and independent lives. There is no more precious gift in life than the gift of freedom of movement and independence when the alternative is a limited existence in a confined environment controlled by strangers.
