Michelle is truly a delight to work with. Having to surrender our fur babies after I had my first born, i was terrified to give them up. Michelle walked us through the entire process, reassured me about everything and even offered updates if I asked for them. I love chin friends - they put my heart and mind at ease and took great care of my babies. From what I heard, my two boys were the fastest adoption yet!! They came in on saturday morning and left by 3pm
