Over the course of 30+ years, I have been on numerous cleft lip and palate mission throughout the underserved world with several organizations. Alliance for Smiles is by far to most efficiently run, lowest overhead nonprofit I have ever been associated with.
The small staff is extremely knowledgeable and hard working.
